A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment via cash or e-transfer.
Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours before their appointment to a later date within the same month (deposit will transfer).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment or same-day cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost.
Please do not ring the doorbell earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will apply.
If you are 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and 50% of the total service cost will be charged.
Please arrive with your hair washed, detangled, and product-free. Braid styles cannot be changed on the day of your appointment.
